<p>19 வயதுக்குட்பட்டோருக்கான உலகக் கோப்பையில் பல இளம் கிரிக்கெட் வீரர்கள் களமிறங்கி தங்கள் திறமைகளை வெளிப்படுத்தி வருகின்றனர். பல ஆண்டுகளாக, இந்த போட்டியில் விளையாடி பல்வேறு சாதனை படைத்து சர்வதேச கிரிக்கெட் போட்டிகளில் அறிமுகமானவர்கள் ஏராளம். </p>
<p>இந்தநிலையில், தென்னாப்பிரிக்காவின் தொடக்க பேட்ஸ்மேன் ஸ்டீவ் ஸ்டோல்க், ஐசிசி 19 வயதுக்குட்பட்டோருக்கான உலகக் கோப்பை 2024 இல் தனது அதிரடி பேட்டிங் மூலம் புதிய வரலாறு படைத்தார். ஸ்காட்லாந்துக்கு எதிரான 19 வயதுக்குட்பட்டோருக்கான உலகக் கோப்பையில் ஸ்டீவ் ஸ்டோல்க் 13 பந்துகளில் அரைசதத்தை கடந்தார். இதன்மூலம், இந்திய வீரர் ரிஷப் பண்ட் வைத்திருந்த  ஆண்டுகால சாதனையை ஸ்டீவ் ஸ்டோல்க் முறியடித்தார். </p>

<p>17 வயதான ஸ்டீவ் இன்னிங்ஸின் முதல் மூன்று ஓவர்களிலேயே தனது அரை சதத்தை பூர்த்தி செய்தார்.</p>
<p>ஸ்காட்லாந்து நிர்ணயித்த 270 ரன்கள் இலக்கை துரத்திய தென்னாப்பிரிக்காவின் தொடக்க வீரராக ஸ்டீவ் ஸ்டோல்க் சிறப்பான தொடக்கம் கொடுத்தார். ஸ்காட்லாந்து பந்துவீச்சாளர் காசிம் கானின் ஒரே ஓவரில் 5 சிக்ஸர்கள் உள்பட 6 பவுண்டரிகளுடன் 34 ரன்கள் எடுத்த சாதனையையும் ஸ்டீவ் எட்டினார். </p>
<p>ஸ்காட்லாந்து கொடுத்த 270 ரன்கள் என்ற சவாலை ஸ்டீவ் ஸ்டோல்க்கின் அதிரடி இன்னிங்ஸின் பலத்தால் தென்னாப்பிரிக்கா வெறும் 27 ஓவர்களில் வெற்றி இலக்கை துரத்தி வெற்றிபெற்றது. தொடர்ந்து சிறப்பாக ஆடிய ஸ்டோல்க் 37 பந்துகளில் 7 பவுண்டரிகள் மற்றும்8 சிக்ஸர்கள் 86 ரன்கள் குவித்து தென்னாப்பிரிக்கா அணியை வெற்றிப்பாதைக்கு அழைத்து சென்றார். ஸ்காட்லாந்து அணி 50 ஓவர்களில் 9 விக்கெட் இழப்புக்கு 269 ரன்கள் எடுத்தது. </p>

<h2><strong>19 வயதுக்குட்பட்டோருக்கான உலகக் கோப்பையில் அதிவேகமாக சதம் அடித்தவர்கள்: </strong></h2>

<li>நேற்றைய ஸ்காட்லாந்து அணிக்கு எதிரான போட்டியில் 13 பந்துகளில் அதிவேக அரைசதம் அடித்து ஸ்டீவ் ஸ்டோல்க் பட்டியலில் நேரடியாக முதலிடத்தை பிடித்தார். </li>
<li>2016 U-19 உலகக் கோப்பையின் போது டாக்காவில் நடந்த நேபாளத்திற்கு எதிராக ரிஷப் பண்ட், 18 பந்துகளில் அரை சதம் அடித்து இந்த சாதனை பட்டியலில் கிட்டத்தட்ட 8 ஆண்டுகளாக முதல் இடத்தில் இருந்தார். இந்த சாதனையைதான் தற்போது ஸ்டீவ் ஸ்டோல்க் முறியடித்துள்ளார். </li>
<li>2018 U-19 உலகக் கோப்பையில், நியூசிலாந்து வீரர் ஃபின் ஆலன் கென்யாவிற்கு எதிராக 19 பந்துகளில் அரை சதம் அடித்தார். தற்போது இந்த பட்டியலில் மூன்றாவது இடத்தில் உள்ளார். </li>
<li>2018 U-19 உலகக் கோப்பையில், ஆப்கானிஸ்தான் வீரர் அஸ்மத்துல்லா ஓமர்சாய் நியூசிலாந்து அணிக்கு எதிராக 19 பந்துகளில் அரைசதம் அடித்து இந்த பட்டியலில் 4வது இடத்தில் உள்ளார். </li>
<li>முன்னாள் இந்திய கிரிக்கெட் வீரரும், தற்போதைய வர்ணனையாளருமான சுரேஷ் ரெய்னா ஸ்காட்லாந்துக்கு எதிராக கடந்த 2004 U-19 ODI உலகக் கோப்பையின் போது 19 பந்துகளில் அரைசதம் விளாசி இந்த பட்டியலில் 5வது இடத்தில் உள்ளார். </li>
